IF UNRESOLVED WITHIN 30 DAYS, THE DISPUTE SHALL BE DETERMINED BY BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT A PARTY MAY SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF BEFORE ANY COURT.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, NO DISPUTE SHALL BE ADJUDICATED AS A CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR CONSOLIDATED ACTION. ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Conflict of law principles that would otherwise apply are expressly excluded. These Terms do not limit any privacy rights you may have under applicable state or federal law, which remain in full force and effect.
